TEAM MANAGER - Responsible to provide instruction, development, training, and positive constructive leadership. Coordinate communications between league, team, and parents. Subject to Board approval. Requires attendance at meetings and instructional clinics.
ASSISTANT COACH - Assist Manager and support team with all activities. Acts as Manager in practices and games in their absence. Subject to Board approval. Requires attendance at meetings and instructional clinics.
UMPIRE - Responsible for the conduct, management, and administering the game in accordance with official rules and regulations. Maintain standards of discipline and order on playing field during game. Identify infractions and ensure safety of participants.
SCOREKEEPER - Keep score at each game. Record in scorebook game time, team lineups and batting orders, pitcher innings pitched and pitch counts, batter hits, walks, and runs, fielder errors and outs.
TEAM COORDINATOR - Assist Manager and Coaches supporting team activities. Manages communications, distributes information, plan events with league and parents. Facilitates league safety program and guidelines. Track team volunteer requirements and fulfillment.
FIELDS - Pregame wet, rake, and drag infield, place bases on field, chalk lines and batter boxes. Postgame wet, rake, and drag infield, after last game remove bases and place in equipment boxes, place plugs on base pegs, return field equipment to dugouts and lock gates.
GAME COORDINATOR - If no adult umpire is available and non-adult umpire(s) used for game, oversee conduct and behavior of game participants and non-participants for any game or safety concerns or issues that may arise including stoppage of play and suspending of game.
