Volunteer Registration

One of the goals of the PHLL Board is to encourage participation in Little League through volunteer support. We are a 100% volunteer operating non-profit organization and we could not operate without your support. There are no paid employees, on the Board or otherwise, except for the youth umpires. Our league could not successfully operate without the support of our amazing Little League families. Please consider volunteering. This year we will be collecting a volunteer fee of $100 per family during registration. All volunteer positions are subject to Board approval, completion of an annual background check, one time DOJ live scan fingerprint, annual and one time training courses, and applicable baseball/softball rules clinics.
·        All youth sports organizations in the state of California must comply with AB 506 that mandates all volunteers have fingerprints taken and complete annual background checks.

To receive a full volunteer fee refund for the spring season, one of the following is required; fulfill a team staff position, fulfill a position on mowing team, fulfill an Umpire position, or accept a PHLL Board position. We understand that some cannot volunteer. If your circumstances will not allow you to volunteer, the volunteer fee will not be refunded to you.

At registration, please indicate which team staff position, listed below, you would like. Team staff positions are for the entire season. Only one volunteer fee will be refunded per position. For other volunteer positions, please contact [email protected] for information.
